A rule like this was created because supervisors, who are likely in charge of a workplace full of people, didn't want to be seen as being unprofessional. So they created a rule that would keep their own office in order.But now, when it comes to rules about being dressed properly, bosses still feel the need to impose a new dress code on their subordinates. They feel that, after being in a job that required them to dress up for a long time, they can afford to be picky. If we were really interested in making workplaces safer, we would make bosses take their concerns about attire to the foot of the ladder.Another example of resistance to civil government paper topics is the requirement that employers maintain employee rosters. Again, it was clearly designed to reduce costs. But now, it has become another regulation that we impose on our employees.In conclusion, it is clear that we should be moving away from regulations, and towards a new system for paper topics. Regulations should be eliminated.
